Note, the price for food includes both wet and dry food for your cat. We carry all the brands listed on: www.naturalpetfoods.ca subject to availability. Please notify us well in advance of any specific dietary needs so that we have adequate time to get the items for your cats stay. If your cat is on food that you have provided, and runs out of food, we will attempt to purchase the same food for you and bill you accordingly.

Please note: If your cat will be enjoying a stay of one month or more there is a reduction of $1 per day for the duration of their stay. For extended periods there may be further reductions. For example, for two months or more there is a reduction of $2 per day. For a stay of 3 months or more, there is a reduction of $3 per day. Please phone or email for additional details. Payment is due at time of drop-off for the duration of your booking. If you check out early, you are still responsible for the days you booked at time of check-in.

Please note, we have a 5 night minimum charge for all stays. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all bookings and a $100 deposit for Christmas.
If you cancel your trip at least 30 days before the trip is set to start, we will credit your deposit towards a future trip.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Once you have filled out the online reservation form, or called in your reservation information, you must finalize your reservation by placing a $50 for regular stays, or a $100 deposit for Christmas, by credit card over the phone, by paying in person at the Cat Spa, or by e-transfer. WHEN SENDING AN ETRANSFER PLEASE PUT CATS NAME AND DATE OF ARRIVAL IN THE "NOTES" SECTION. Normally, we follow up with you to do this; however, if you have not been contacted please call us at 613-256-8833.

Daily: 10-11, or 5 - 6 pm
**CLOSURES: THE ONLY DAY OF THE YEAR WE CLOSE TO CLIENTS IS CHRISTMAS DAY.
AFTER-HOURS (LATE OR EARLY) CHECK IN, OR CHECK OUT: Subject to $75 fee. This is only for emergencies, or airport drop-off. Please call Hana to discuss the possibility in advance.
Vaccinations
A proof of vaccination is required when your pets are checked in. This is to ensure your pet will enjoy a disease-free environment. For cats this includes Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (3-in-1)and Rabies. Feline Leukemia vaccination is recommended, and the cat's owner assumes all risk to his cat(s) and other animals under the contractor's care, if the cat(s) are not vaccinated for feline leukemia.
Please note: We do accept titer tests in lieu of vaccinations as long as your cat has had at least one prior vaccination in their lifetime.
For elderly, or vaccine-reactive cats; we do accept a letter of good health from your veterinarian as long as it is dated within a year of boarding.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT FIV POSITIVE OR DIABETIC CATS ON INSULIN.
Cats on the BARF or raw diet.
The price for these cats is dependent on their chosen foods. We can provide raw foods from Big Country Raw. The raw foods will be additional to the boarding (without food) charge.
Medications
$2.50 per dose (plus HST). If your cat is on oral medication or drops we charge a nominal fee of $2.50-$5/day. Please let us know in advance of any medical requirements your cat might have. If your cat required medication twice a day it is $5/day.
Grooming
The services we can provide on-site at the cat spa include: nail trims for $15, or a waterless bath and comb out for $25.
Pickup / Dropoff Services
We offer pick-up and drop-off services from Natural Pet Foods in Carleton Place for a nominal fee of $40 each way at scheduled times (please inquire).
Transportation From Home/Or To Your Local Vet
Note, we have no choice but to increase our transportation costs due to the increase in gas prices.
